We are proud to offer a variety of both heritage and hybrid breeds of layer chicks.

  • All chicks are sexed, 75% - 80% accuracy on the vent and feather sexing. If you absolutely can not have a rooster in your flock, please consider ordering a sexlink hybrid - they are powerhouse layers and can be sexed by the colour of their down at hatch.

  • All of the chicks are hatchery stock - we do not hatch them here at the farm.

  • All orders of 25 chicks or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid when you place your order. The balance is due when you pick up.

  • We will contact you the week before your order arrives to arrange an appointment for pick-up.

  • All chicks are vaccinated for Mareks Disease, but not Coccisiosis (if Coccidiosis is a concern for you, you can feed medicated starter feed.)

  • Male chicks are available upon request as well

  • If you do not see the breed that you are looking for on our availability list, please send us an email and we will do our best to bring it in for you.
