We offer both 50 and 25 lb mixed boxes. If you would like a smaller amount of our farm raised pork to sample, please see our Pork Sampler under Products.

FARM RAISED BEEF - SOLD OUT
We are now SOLD OUT of our 2023 beef. Our cows are raised out in our field on grass and fruit from our fruit trees. In the fall they get hay and a bit of grain as well.
The sides typically average 200-250 lbs hanging weight.
Ordering your beef by the side allows you to custom order your cuts directly from our butcher

We require a 25% deposit based on a 200 lb side - $312.50. The balance is then due when you pick up your beef from the butcher.
