YES - we have a “Rooster Return” program in place on the farm!
Are you worried about what you would do if you end up with a Rooster in your order? Maybe you’ve got one already, or your neighbours will complain, or you simply don’t want to listen to the racket he will make! Don’t worry - we have a “Rooster Return” program in place on the farm. Please note that our Rooster Return program only applies to our Mainland customers - it does not apply to Vancouver Island orders.
If you order chicks and end up with a male and are unable to keep him, we will take him back here at the farm and do our best to rehome him for you. We do not offer refunds for roosters unless there is sufficient proof that more than 10% of your order turned out to be males; however we will do our best to replace your chicks, free of charge!
Please note that we will only accept Roosters back here at the farm up to the age of 8 weeks. If you suspect that you have a rooster in your group, please reach out to us as soon as possible as we do not accept them beyond the age of 8 weeks old. Please either send us an email or give us a call and we can arrange an appointment for you to return him to us.
